Coaches and passenger-rated stock

No Southern or LMS coaches have appeared (Dapol were going to produce LMS Staniers before Graham Farish announced their models), though George Smith (Dapol CEO) stated that SR Maunsell stock, highly rumoured to be selected, was not going to be produced because of poor sales figures for the Maroon Gresleys.
