Danzhou hua (hua means speech) (儋州話 / 儋州话), locally known as Xiang hua (乡话 xiāng huà 'village speech'), is a Cantonese (Yue) dialect[1][2] spoken in and around the area of Danzhou on the island of Hainan, China.
