Daniel Hammond (born 6 April 1985) is an English professional footballer who plays for S.League club Geylang United, as a central defender.
Born in King's Lynn, Hammon played youth football with England with Norwich City and Cambridge United, before beginning his senior career with King's Lynn.[1] While at King's Lynn, Hammond spent loan spells at Stamford, Wisbech Town and Diss Town.[1]
After moving to Singapore with his girlfriend in 2007,[1] Hammond has played with Young Lions, Woodlands Wellington, Balestier Khalsa, Singapore Armed Forces and Geylang United.[2][3][4][5]
