Czarnkowie [t͡ʂarnˈkɔvjɛ] (formerly German Alt Liepenfier) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Połczyn-Zdrój, within Świdwin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.[1]
