As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 643 people and 247 households residing in the neighborhood. The population density was 4,668/mi². The racial makeup of the neighborhood was 99.0% White, less than 1% African American,less than 1% Native American, less than 1% Asian, 0% from other races, and 0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were about 7% of the population.
There were 247 households out of which 39% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74% were married couples living together, 7% had a female householder with no husband present, and none were non-families. 20% of all households were made up of individuals.
