Crystal Balint (born May 29, 1981) is a Canadian film, theater and television performer and singer.

Balint was born in Calgary, Alberta and raised in the mountain town of Canmore, Alberta. Balint was involved in choir and theater throughout her youth, eventually getting involved in local community theater and stage productions.
Eventually, she moved to Calgary where she began to study film and Meisner technique at Company of Rogues Actors' Studio in 2000.
Balint continued to pursue theater in Calgary, performing in local productions of A Chorus Line and Into the Woods, winning awards for her work in both shows.
She received her first television role in 2002, playing the role of Nephthys on the Canadian episodic drama, MythQuest starring Christopher Jacot. Since then, Balint has appeared in such shows as The L-Word and Psych and in 2010, she was cast in the season premiere of Fox's science fiction episodic Fringe.
In 2003 she was cast as Tracey in the television movie Call Me: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss which starred Jamie-Lynn Sigler in the title role.
Balint's career as a musician started when she was 7 years old, when she was invited to be featured on a Christmas Special featuring David Foster and Kenny Loggins. Since then, in addition to her musical theater background, she has sung a variety of bands throughout Alberta and British Columbia providing both leading and back up vocals. In 2007, Balint performed with the cover band Uncovered at the internationally recognized Calgary Stampede.
She resides in Vancouver and is represented by Nigel Mikoski of Trisko Talent Management Inc.
