CodeGen is a private limited company and has offices in London, United Kingdom and Colombo, Sri Lanka. CodeGen’s business interests are threefold. While giving more emphasize on travel industry CodeGen identified banking and online gaming as alternative interests CodeGen was founded in 1999 by Mr. Harsha Subasinghe, previously a senior software engineer and project manager of a specialist IT solutions provider for the travel and tourism industry, Mr Bharat Patel previously a Managing Director within the UK travel industry for 26 years and Mr Kusal Subasinghe established solicitor based in Colombo.[1][2]

In addition to the above mentioned products, CodeGen has been contracted for the development and deployment of a wide range of bespoke software solutions for areas such container handling, Content Management and Geo Information Sysstems (GIS).
