Circle of Liberal Reformers

The Circle of Liberal Reformers (French: Cercle des Libéraux Réformateurs) is a political party in Gabon, formed in late 1992 and led by Jean-Boniface Assélé. It is part of the Presidential Majority supporting President Omar Bongo.[1]

The CLR supported Bongo's candidacy in the December 1993 presidential election.[2]

In the parliamentary election held on 9 December 2001, the party won two out of 120 seats. In the 17 December/24 December 2006 parliamentary election, the party won three seats out of 120.[3]
