Densha Otoko (悶絶!!電車男?)[2] and Chikan Densha: Otakuna Kaikan (痴漢電車 オタクな快感?)[3] is a 2005 Japanese pink film directed by Naoyuki Tomomatsu. It won the Bronze Prize at the Pink Grand Prix ceremony and was chosen Best Film of the year by Film Treasures magazine.[4][5]

Naoyuki Tomomatsu filmed Chikan Densha: Suggestive Indecent Hips for Shintōhō who released it theatrically in Japan on November 29, 2005.[1] Under the title Monzetsu!! Densha Otoko (悶絶!!電車男?) it was shown as part of the first annual R18 Love Cinema Showcase in May 2006, highlighting Pink cinema.[5] It was released on DVD in Japan on August 5, 2006. This DVD cover gives the English title, Chikan Densha: Suggestive Indecent Hips.[7] Shintōhō gave the film a second theatrical release on March 2, 2010 under the title Chikan Densha: Otakuna Kaikan (痴漢電車 オタクな快感?).[3]
