ChiRP-Seq

ChIRP-Seq is a high-throughput sequencing method to discover RNA-bound DNA and proteins. The RNA sequences of interest are hybridized to oligonucleotide tiles using biotin/streptavidin. The chromatin fraction that is bound to the beads is then determined using high-throughput sequencing.[1]
