Cherukupalli is a village and a mandal in Guntur district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1] It is growing rapidly.

Cherukupalli and Gullapalli are twin villages, separated by a canal which is primary source of irrigation from Krishna river water. Cherukupalli has 6(2 in cherukupalli, 4 in Gullapalli) hospitals. A farmers' market is held here on Thursday(in Gullapalli) and Saturday(in Cherukupalli). There are temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, Venkateswara Swamy, and others. Agriculture is the primary occupation in the area, with paddy as kharif crop and black gram (Ground nut in some sandy areas) as rabi crop. Sometimes, as per requirement, government directs to grow paddy in rabi season also. Around 2006 there was a virus attack on Black gram crop, continued the following year and to suppress it, they used crop change and grew maize for one session and faced problems due to lack of experience and dependence on canal irrigation for water.
