The 3 channels are a joint venture between Channel Zero, Adults Only Video & Sureflix Digital Distribution.
Channel Zero also provides Fight Network, a Canadian digital television service, with use of its broadcasting facilities to output its signal and operate the service. The two companies signed a deal in 2005 that allows Fight Network access to Channel Zero's broadcast facilities.[3]

Ouat Media [pronounced "what"] is a company specializing in the worldwide distribution of short films to various multi-platform mediums including broadcast television, internet, mobile devices, and other newly-developed media.
It features such Canadian short films as "I Do, Do I?", which won a Remi Gold Award at the 43rd WorldFest-Houston Independent International Film Festival. The score was composed by acclaimed producer Vikas Kohli at Fatlabs studios.[5][6]
