Chalicosis (Greek, χάλιξ, gravel), sometimes called Flint disease, is a form of pneumoconiosis affecting the lungs or bronchioles.

It is found chiefly among stonecutters.

Causes

The disease is caused by the inhalation of fine particles of stone.[1]
