Ceriomicrodon is a genus of hoverflies. There is only one known species, Ceriomicrodon petiolatus, which lives in Matto Grosso, Brazil. Only 3 specimens have ever been collected.[2] Its biology is poorly known, but it is assumed that the larvae feed as scavengers in the nests of ants.
