Central Sundbyberg (Centrala Sundbyberg) is considered the oldest and most original part of Sundbyberg. It is one of Stockholm's oldest satellite towns. Its proximity to Stockholm city, nostalgic environment and well-connected transportation networks made this part of town an attractive housing area.
Forms of public transports includes the Stockholm Metro (Tunnelbanan), Stockholm commuter rail (Pendeltåg) and buses. A light rail/tram project (Tvärbanan North)[1] has been discussed/planned by Stockholm Public Transport (SL).[2] This will link between Alvik and Solna, passing through Sundbyberg.[3]
On the small streets of Central Sundbyberg, there are boutiques, restaurants, a post office, banks and other important services.[4]
