Center Square/Hudson-Park Historic District is a national historic district located at Albany in Albany County, New York. It is a predominantly residential, 27 block district located west of the Empire State Plaza. Located to the east is the Washington Park Historic District. About 80 percent of the buildings in the district are townhouses of two to four stories in height. It also includes six church edifices, several large late-19th-century industrial structures, and the Alfred E. Smith State Office Building (1927–1930).[2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.[1]
