Cavalcade of Glee and Dadaist Happy Hardcore Pom Poms is a breakcore album by Venetian Snares. It sees Aaron Funk take a more structured approach after the abrasive last album Meathole, using largely synths and acidic sounds with frenetic drum rhythms to create a more melodic approach than many of his albums.

"Donut", "XIII's Dub", and "P" all have an 11/4 time signature, "Twirl" is 10/4, and "Cancel" is 5/4; this deviates from Venetian Snares' primarily used 7/4 time. "Swindon" contains a sample of a female voice saying "Someone in Leicester got stabbed in a club with, like, a syringe full of AIDS blood". The track is named after the English town of Swindon, in Wiltshire. The title of the third track, "Pwntendo", is a portmanteau of the gaming slang word "pwn" and the name of the video game company Nintendo. "Pwntendo" is the first use of the Wayfar.net Midines cart on a studio album. A video of the track "Vache" playing in Renoise has been uploaded to Youtube.

"P" is an unusual track on this album; contrary to the harsh breakcore beats of the other tracks, "P" is rather subdued, containing no percussion whatsoever, only a repeated ambient melody.
