Caprice is a contemporary French haute cuisine restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong.

Chef

Vincent Thierry is the opening and current chef de cuisine; he was the sous chef of Le Cinq from Four Seasons.

Decor

Caprice has an open kitchen design. Its design also incorporates a table behind the kitchen. The restaurant also includes a bar and lounge area and three private dining rooms, each with seating for up to 16 guests.

In November of 2009, Caprice was awarded three Michelin stars by the Hong Kong and Macau 2010 edition of the Michelin Guide. In October of 2011, it retains the three stars rating.
