Cape Negro is a community in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, located in the Barrington Municipal District of Shelburne County.[2] Cape Sable, Nova Scotia and Cape Negro were first settled by the French who migrated from Port Royal, Nova Scotia in 1720.[3]
