Cage Rage 18
Cage Rage 18: Battleground was a mixed martial arts event held by the Cage Rage Championships on September 30, 2006 at the Wembley Arena in London, England.[1] The event was televised on Sky Sports in the United Kingdom.
In the main event, Ian Freeman took on Mark Epstein for the Cage Rage British Light Heavyweight Championship. Also, British Heavyweight Champion Rob Broughton fought Robert "Buzz" Berry, World Lightweight Champ Vitor "Shaolin" Ribeiro faced off against Abdul Mohamed, British Welterweight Champion Paul Daley met Sol Gilbert, and Brad Pickett looked to defend his British Featherweight title against Robbie Olivier.[2]

- Broughton defeated Berry via TKO (punches) at 3:33 of round 1 to retain the Cage Rage British Heavyweight Championship.
- Legeno defeated Leopoldo via submission (guillotine choke) at 3:21 of round 1.
- Rua defeated Weir via submission (arm triangle choke) at 1:15 of round 2.
- Freeman defeated Epstein via unanimous decision to become the new Cage Rage British Light Heavyweight Champion.
