CKPE-FM is a Canadian radio station, broadcasting from Sydney, Nova Scotia on 94.9 FM. It plays an adult contemporary format and is branded The New Cape 94.9. The station has been on the air since 1957 under the original call sign of CJCB-FM.

CKPE was an easy listening station until June 1, 1981 when it switched to a country music format. CKPE stayed with this format until June 1998 when it switched formats with sister station CJCB, becoming a Hot AC station and CJCB going country. It was Hot AC until the summer of 2011, when it changed format and became known as "The Cape 94.9 The Island's Greatest Hits", playing an assortment of modern-day music as well as music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. CJCB and CHER-FM are its sister stations.

It is owned by the Halifax-based Maritime Broadcasting System.
