C.N.Visvanathan(born April 28, 1947) or Chetpet Natarajan Visvanathan was an Indian politician from the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam.

Personal life

C.N.Visvanathan was born to R.A. Natarajan on April 28, 1947. He completed his Law degree before entering politics. He married Ms. Vaijayanthimala.

Public life

C.N.Visvanathan joined the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam at an early age. In 1977, he stood for election from Thirupattur Lok Sabha constituency and was elected to the Lok Sabha or lower house of the Indian Parliament.[1] He served as a Member of Parliament from 1977 to 1979.
