Bunčani is a village in the Veržej municipality in northeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Styria. It is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Mura statistical region.[2]
A small Neo-Gothic chapel with a belfry in the settlement was built in 1890.[3]
