Bukomansimbi is a town in Central Uganda. It is the chief municipal, administrative and commercial center of Bukomansimbi District and the district headquarters are located there. The district is named after the town.

Bukomansimbi is situated on the main highway between Masaka and Sembabule. It is located approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi), by road, northwest of Masaka, the largest city in the sub-region.[1] The coordinates of the town are:00 09 54S, 31 39 00E (Latitude:-0.1650; Longitude:31.6500).[2]
As of December 2010[update], the exact population of Bukomansimbi is not known. However the estimated population for a 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) radius around the town, is estimated at approximately 45,800.[3]
