Building Security Council
The Building Security Council (BSC) is a not-for-profit professional organization headquartered in Reston, Virginia that aims to improve the security of state, municipal, and privately owned buildings.[1] The council was established in November 2005 by the American Society of Civil Engineers.[2]
BSC offers two programs:
- Promoting Logical Unified Security (PLUSSM) a tool for rating a building's security.
- Building Security Certified Professional (BSCP) an exam-based professional credential program.
