Bugler Coaches is a bus and coach company which operates from Bristol, England. The company runs coach day trips to various destinations around England. Passengers going on a day trip are usually picked up from either Bristol or Bath.
Buglers principle operations include a fleet of fully accessible coaches (see above article) and in 2009 the company was awarded the UK Bus and Coach Industry's prize for accessibility.
More recently the company has developed a successful excursion program which it sees as the way ahead through the current financial climate.
Buglers formerly operated the 532/533 bus service in Bristol which was later taken over by Wessex Connect and service 500 - Harbour Link which was scrapped by Bristol city council in 2011 due to funding cuts.
In 2006, a coach operated by Buglers became stuck in a narrow country lane in Gloucestershire, after a satellite navigation system had identified it as a suitable route, resulting in the coach having to be driven across a field.[1]
