Broom, Warwickshire

Broom is a village located in the parish of Bidford-On-Avon and features two pubs, Broom Hall and Broom Tavern, with Broom Hall being larger in size. The village lies relatively close to it's sister village, Wixford and Broom features a population of 97. Broom was created in the 1800's as a farm house. However, in the 1920s the village was created a town with a population of 27. As of the 2011 census, Broom now features 103 people, two pubs, and is recreatively a short drive from Alcester. Many reviewers have stated the local village as "peaceful, tranquil, yet surprisingly popular". Reviews of Broom Hall are given as 8.6/10, and due to Broom Tavern being much smaller, given bad reviews.[1] Broom is located near the A46 road, in the county of Warwickshire, England.
