Brett Fancy (born 4 January 1964 in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England) is a British TV and Film actor.

He has worked extensively in producing theatres including Chichester, Watford. Bristol and Clwyd.
A varied career includes guest characters in many British programmes including Silent Witness, Hustle, Holby, Casualty and The Vet. Fancy had a recurring role as EastEnders character Bird Meadows and played regular characters in the series Rockcliffs Babies, Square Deal, Brighton Boy and Last Salute.
He appeared in his first film How's Business, in 1991, as well as appearing in Paparazzo and Life in the Ring. Outpost where he plays Taktarov, a mercenary who discovers a WWII bunker in Eastern Europe. He is the Serial Killer in the soon to be released movie 'Kill me again'.
