Brenania is a genus of flowering plants in the Rubiaceae family. It is found from Nigeria to Cameroon, Gabon, Cabinda, Central African Republic, Congo, and D.R.Congo.[1] The genus was described in 1958 and only contained the type species Brenania spathulifolia. The latter species has been made synonym and currently the genus contains two species.
