Brayton Grist Mill is an historic grist mill on US 44 in Pomfret, Connecticut. The mill was built in 1890 and added to the National Historic Register in 1986.
The mill is located along Mashamoquet Brook, at the entrance to Mashamoquet Brook State Park[2], and features its original equipment and a collection of blacksmithing tools and equipment. [3] The mill is operated by the Pomfret Historical Society, and is open by appointment.[4]
