This is an alphabetical listing of vampires based in Branson in Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series of novels.
Sometime after Jean-Claude's ascension to Master of St. Louis (after Guilty Pleasures and before the events in Bloody Bones), the Vampire Council decided that Branson, Missouri had become sufficiently populous to split off from Jean-Claude's territory and support its own group of vampires. They promised Jean-Claude that they would appoint a vampire of equal or lesser power to himself, and permitted Seraphina and her retinue to take up residence in Branson.

Brought over by Xavier, Andy subsequently turns his girlfriend Ellie into a vampire too before being shot by Anita during her hunt through the woods with Sheriff St John. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
A muscled and imposing blonde more than six feet tall, Bettina was a rotting vampire who followed her master, Janos. She and Pallas tortured Jason by raping him while they allowed their flesh to rot and decompose. She was killed when the Bloody Bones restaurant was burned. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
Very young, only a few days old. Was killed during gunfire at Seraphina's house. Belonged to Ivy. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
Brought over by her boyfriend, Andy, it is Ellie's death that is one of the events that triggers Anita's involvement with the vampires of Branson. Following Andy's death, she answers to Xavier as her Master at which point he insists her name is Angela. She and Xavier were responsible for the death of Ms Harrison. Ellie is the first vampire Anita discovers she can control like a zombie during the daytime and burns to death, along with Magnus Bouvier about whom her arms are wrapped, when Anita escapes Seraphina's clutches. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
A young master vampire, Ivy had brown hair, shaved on the sides, and wore several silver earrings. She appeared to display at least limited pyrokinesis, and Anita thought that Ivy had the potential to become an extremely powerful master vampire with age. However, Ivy failed her master, Seraphina, by allowing Anita to goad her into striking Anita while under truce. Seraphina later punished Ivy by forcing her to attack Anita, and Anita killed her. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
Extraordinarily tall and thin, Janos was an extremely powerful master vampire, so powerful, in fact, that Jean-Claude could not believe that Janos wasn't secretly Seraphina's master. Janos and his progeny, Pallas and Bettina, were all rotting vampires. All three were burned to death when the Bloody Bones restaurant was burned. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
Tall and with skin "the color of coffee with two creams." Her dark hair was worn in waist-length cornrows. Jean-Claude was surprised to discover she was still with Seraphina when they met in Branson. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
A muscled and imposing brunette more than six feet tall, Pallas was a rotting vampire who followed her master, Janos. She and Bettina tortured Jason by raping him while they allowed their flesh to rot and decompose. She was killed when the Bloody Bones restaurant was burned. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
Serephina was a master vampire and was approximately 600 years old when Anita met her. She was turned late in life and appeared older than most vampires, with streaks of grey and white in her hair and a wrinkled face. She had been Jean-Claude's master in the past.
Unknown to Jean-Claude, Serephina somehow radically increased her power while in the "old country" (presumably France) and became powerful enough to assume mastery over Janos, Xavier, and the other vampires she brought to Branson. Her abilities included the power to detect and offer others the illusion of their deepest desire, extremely strong mental powers, flight, the ability to draw blood from a distance, and the ability to call ghosts, rather than an animal.
Serephina was obsessed with achieving true immortality, and sought to drink the blood of the fey boggle, Rawhead and Bloody Bones. When she broke her word to the fey, Anita and Larry were able to break the spell allowing her to draw on its power. At that point, Serephina decided to attempt to control Anita, reasoning that a necromancer's blood might grant her more power. Although Serephina offered Anita the (illusory) opportunity to be reunited with her mother, Anita was able to reveal Serephina's location to the authorities, who burned her hideout, killing Serephina.
Appearances: Bloody Bones.
Although Anita had previously believed such a thing to be impossible, she eventually concluded that Xavier was a fey vampire. Xavier had white skin, white hair, and unique scarlet red eyes. He was impossibly fast, even for a vampire, had control of shadows, and had the ability to sculpt his body form as necessary, such as to fit through a tight space, also an apparently unique characteristic. Xavier was a vampire pedophile, and was responsible for turning Andy and Jeff. Xavier fought with a greatsword made of cold iron and was able to use that sword to kill Rawhead and Bloody Bones. Jean-Claude was familiar enough with Xavier to identify him from Anita's description, and told Anita that the vampires concealed the existence of "exotic" vampires such as Xavier. (It is not clear whether Jean-Claude was referring to Xavier's fey blood, pedophile nature, or both). Xavier was ultimately killed when the Bloody Bones restaurant was burned. Appearances: Bloody Bones.
