Brankas is a village in Latvia, Ozolnieki municipality approximately 37 km from the capital Riga and 11 km from city Jelgava. The village expanded during Soviet age when its name was Lielupe. Till 2003 Brankas was administrative centre of ex-municipality - Cena parish.
