Borje Rosaen(November 11, 1918-January 7, 2008)Was an American inventor originally from Sweden. Through the many years that he worked at the company he would show up every day. He would make over 40 patents for the company named Rosedale Products. One of his patent number 3,970,566 was made on July 20, 1976 to his last one numbered: 5,176,826 was also made on January 5, 1993.

Early life

When Borje, his brother, and his mother and father came to the US Borje had trouble in Kindergarten because he could only speak Swedish so he got held back. But after he was an A+ student for High school and graduated two years early. He then graduated from Wayne State University. When Borje was older he was interested in machines so Borje made a company named"Dudko", then sold that and started Rosedale Products. His first patent was 3,970,566 at Rosedale. Rosedale Products has four locations Ann Arbor, Michigan, Texas, California, and Beijing.

Life

On December 14, 1940 Borje got married in Detroit, Michigan. Then two years later they had Katherine, then Erik, Nils and then Candace.

Later Years

When Borje got older he would travel around the world. Borje would like to go sailing. Borje would like to bird watch on the Huron River and hunting. Borje would like to play golf and watch golf. Also fishing. Before the end he would like to take care of his family.

Death

On January 7, 2008 died from compilations of a Stroke in the hospital. He left his four children and his wife at the age of 89. Funeral at Nie Family Funeral Home on Friday, January 11, 2008. He was buried in White Chapel Cemetery and also buried on January 11, 2008.
