Bommanahalli is a suburb of the city of Bangalore in India. It is only eleven kilometres from MG Road. HSR Layout is within Bommanahalli CMC limits. Bommanahalli is very near to Electronic City.
Demographics
As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Bommanahalli had a population of 201,220. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Bommanahalli has an average literacy rate of 71%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with male literacy of 77% and female literacy of 65%. 12% of the population is under 6 years of age.
