Bodene Thompson (born 1 August 1988 in Tauranga, New Zealand[1]) is an professional rugby league footballer for the Gold Coast Titans of the National Rugby League.[2]

Playing career

Thompson started playing rugby league when his family moved to Australia and he joined Keebra Park High. In 2008 he played for the Gold Coast Titans Toyota Cup side.[3]

Thompson plays in the backrow and centres and made his National Rugby League debut for the Gold Coast Titans in Round 9, 2009. He has signed a deal with the club that lasts until the end of the 2014 season.[4]

Representative career

Thompson played for the New Zealand Māori in 2010 against England.[5]
