Bloody Disgusting is a website that covers horror movies with reviews, interviews and news. It is currently run by Brad Miska, (who uses the pseudonym Mr. Disgusting) and Tom Owen.[1] According to one source, the site has 1.5 million unique visitors and 20 million page views each month.[2] It is widely considered to be the "world's most popular horror website".[3][4] In 2007, it was purchased by The Collective, a Beverly Hills based management company.[5] According to Variety, it will be a source of new talent for the company.

Formed in 2002,[6] Bloody Disgusting was one of the first online challengers to horror mainstays like Fangoria magazine.[7] Recently, it has seen some significant competition from Comcast and Sony's Fearnet.[8] But unlike competitors such as Fearnet or Fangoria, Bloody Disgusting is largely "independent" with Miska and Owen maintaining editorial control.[9] Accordingly, Sci-Fi chose it as their site of the week in August 2007.[10]
Bloody Disgusting made the video of the Deathcore band Suicide Silence for Kevin Greutert's movie Saw VI.[11]
Bloody Disgusting has been quoted in movie trailers and advertisements for horror films, including 30 Days of Night[12] and Feast.[13] Miska also makes media appearances as a "horror expert".[14]
