Bloemfontein Airport (IATA: BFNICAO: FABL) is located in Bloemfontein, a city in the Free State province of South Africa. The runways are shared with AFB Bloemspruit.

In 2004, the airport served 225,636 passengers (+4.7% vs. '03). Bloemfontein airport, like many others in South Africa, underwent R46 million in construction and upgrading of the whole airport in preparation for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.[4]
