Blennioclinus brachycephalus, known commonly as the Lace Klipfish in South Africa and the United Kingdom,[2] is a species of clinid in the genus Blennioclinus.[3] It is a subtropical blenny found around South Africa, in the southeast Atlantic ocean.[3] It was named by Achille Valenciennes in 1836,[4] and can reach a maximum length of 15 centimetres.[3] Blennies in this species feed primarily off of benthic isopods, amphipods, and mollusks.[5]
