Bird on 52nd St.
Bird on 52nd St. is a live album by saxophone player Charlie Parker. It was released in 1948 under the Debut Records label as JWS 501. It was recorded in 1948[1] on a home tape recorder.[2] Even though it was remastered and restored in 1994, the recording is still very problematic, characterised by continuous noises and whirrings.
