Bình Minh is a rural district (huyện) of Vinh Long province, in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 177,275.[1] The district covers an area of 244 km². The district capital lies at Cai Von.[1]

The land of pomelos - A plan in the future

It is located in the South of Hậu Giang river and is bordered upon Cần Thơ city by this river. In this convenient position, the land of pomelos has a develop economy, especially in recent years. Completion the Can Tho bridge marked it. Bình Minh hospital is one of the five construction was built by Vĩnh Long province in order to answer to Millennial Anniversary of Hà Nội, it was completed and was used since then.
