Bill Shannon
Bill Shannon (born 1970) is an American artist who resides in Brooklyn.[1] Shannon holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.[2] Born with a degenerative hip condition,[3] he developed a way to express himself through dance and skateboarding on crutches.
