Bilasipara (Assamese: বিলাসীপাৰা) is a town and a town area committee in Dhubri district in the state of Assam, India.

Bilasipara is located at .[1] It has an average elevation of 26 metres (85 feet).
As of 2001[update] India census,[2] Bilasipara had a population of 31,090. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Bilasipara has an average literacy rate of 68%, higher than the national average of 59.5%, with male literacy of 74% and female literacy of 62%. 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.
Bilasipara is moving quite well in terms of modern education as a good number of educational institutions are in this small town.
Bilasipara consists of two assembly constituencies: Bilasipara East and Bilasipara West, both of which are part of Dhubri (Lok Sabha constituency).[3]
