Belhard Group is a Minsk, Belarus-based and ISO 9001-2001 certified IT-holding, composed of more than 10 branch establishments with more than 30 activities. The parent enterprise Belhard Group (joint-stock company) was founded in 1994 by Igor Mamonenko and Andrey Grigortsevich.

Membership and business-partners

The parent enterprise is a member of Minsk Department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry[2] and a silver partner of Hewlett-Packard.[3]

In 2006 Belhard Group became a participant of the Fourth Annual Survey on Russian export market of software products, services and solutions made by RUSSOFT, a multi-national trade association of software companies in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.[4]

In 2007 BelHard Development (holding division) was registered as a resident of the Belarus High Technologies Park (HTP),[5] which Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko compares to Silicon Valley.[6] The decision about company registration was taken by the HTP supervisory board.[7]

Business activity review

In 2004 consulting company Marketvisio conducted research in order to examine development tendencies of the Belarusian export-oriented software market. This research was conducted with assistance of the Group of Experts: SaM-Solutions, ScienceSoft, BelHard Group, IBA, EPAM Systems and System Technologies.[8] According to the data of the market experts, Belhard Group is export-oriented company: export of IT services and products is the main business for most it. Experts’ rates represent market shares for Belhard and other Belarusian leading companies (see pie-chart “The leaders of Belarusian export-oriented programming market”).[9]

In 2005 Belhard referred to medium-sized European IT outsourcing providers, involving no more than 400 people in IT staff.[10]
