The Barclay Tower is a skyscraper located in New York City's TriBeCa near Lower Manhattan. The residential building rises 673 feet (205 m) above street level, containing 56 floors for 441 rental units.[1][2] Construction of the building lasted from 2005 to 2007, with the topping out ceremony happening in Fall 2006.[1][2] This tower block is also one of the tallest new residential buildings in New York City.[3]
