Sports

The Banting Marauders Cross Country Team was notably the most dominant Senior Boys team in the GBSSA region, winning the Team title four years in a row (2006–2009) [1][2][3][4] During the 2006 season, the senior boys team became the first Banting Cross Country team to claim the GBSSA title in the schools 55 year history. There is a tradition where legendary runners get the opportunity to sign a pair of vintage maroon running shorts to cement their place in Banting cross country history. Only a select few runners have ever had this special honour. In 2008 they had their best season finishing 7th at Ofsaa [5]
