Bamiyeh
Bamiyeh (Persian: باميه ) is a traditional Iranian treat,[1] similar to a doughnut.[2] It is made from a yogurt and starch based dough, which is fried before being dipped in syrup.[3] It is a special sweet enjoyed after the conclusion of the fast of Ramadan.[4]
