Baghal, India

Baghal, covering an area of 312 kmĀ² and currently a part of Himachal Pradesh state, was one of the Princely states of India during the period of the British Raj. The state was founded by Rana Sabha Chand in the year 1643, and was acceded to India on 15 April 1948.

The capital of Baghal was Arki.

The state of Baghal was founded before 1640. It was ruled by the Baghalia dynasty.
