Bača pri Modreju is a village in the Municipality of Tolmin in the Littoral region of Slovenia. It lies at the point of confluence of the Bača with the Idrijca River, which in turn joins the Soča River at Most na Soči, to the northwest of the settlement. There is an imposing railway bridge of the Bohinj Railway over the Idrijca in the settlement (see photo in infobox).[2]
