BPC is the callsign of a time signal transmitter in China. It was inaugaurated on April 25, 2002 and transmits a time signal on 68.5 kHz, which can be used for steering radio controlled clocks. As opposed to to other time signal transmitters therefore, a special license is required. The TX-site is situated near Shangqiu.[1]
