Australian Rowing Championships
The Australian Rowing Championships is an annual rowing event that determines Australia's rowing champions and the rowers who will make up Australia's rowing teams at the Olympic Games. Along with this it is also Australia's premier amateur level and school age regatta, with many rowing clubs and schools sending their best crews to the championships annually.
Interstate Regatta
The Interstate Regatta is held at the conclusion of the Australian Rowing Championships and includes the following races for state crews:
- the King's Cup[1] - interstate men's (coxed) eight
- the Queen's Cup - interstate women's (coxed) eight
- the Penrith Cup[2] - interstate men's lightweight coxless four
- the Victoria Cup[3] - interstate women's lightweight coxless quad scull
- President's cup - interstate men's scull
